If you are not satisfied with your Biocell purchase from APS you may return it subject to the following requirements: 

  1. The Biocell MUST be returned in like-new, unused and sellable condition, with all parts and accessories included.
  2. You must call and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number BEFORE sending it to us  860.638.1844
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs via a trackable carrier.
  4. Your refund will be processed within 10 business days from receipt of the returned merchandise.
